Om oss

Verliin Landskapsarkitektur ble etablert i 1997 av landskapsarkitekt MNLA Peter Verliin.

Peter er utdannet landskapsarkitekt fra University of Arizona i 1981 med en 5 årig bachelor of Landscape Architecture. Etter 17 år som landskapsarkitekt med spesialisering innen hagedesign på Long Island i New York, startet han egen praksis i Oslo i 1997.

Peter er spesielt opptatt av å skape en helhet mellom hus og hage med design som passer den enkeltes livsstil. Det er viktig å ta høyde for at hagen er levende og at variasjon skapes gjennom årstidene.

Peter har mottatt flere nasjonale og regionale utmerkelser for sine design i USA:

1987 Associated Landscape Contractors of America: Grand Award, their highest award for commercial design builds, for Alpha Windows.

1985 New York State Nursery & Landscape Association: Landscape Award of Merit for the Cali project

1982 The National Landscape Association: Certification of Merit for the Vitale project
1981 University of Arizona: Mary Miller Award for El Conquistador project; Oldest award in department of landscape architecture given by an independent pane of judges; awarded to an oustanding project dealing with urban and suburban problems. The award is representative of the department's highest level of work.
